North Prairie

The Watering Hole
The northern part of the ThunderFoot territory is a large prairie spanning several days of travel. Other than low growing plants, vegetation in the way of trees is sparse, providing little cover from the sun or for rival tribes to hide. The tribe spends their summers here, harvesting the water rich cacti that bloom near the ground for their flesh and needles.
Western Wastelands

Located on the western fringe of their territory is a barren wasteland. It is rumored to have been a beautiful place once, a bounty of food and flowers, a paradise in the harsh world of Elohi. But long before the tribes, a man disobeyed the gods, attempting to sow a path that they had not foretold and so the gods burned the plants and buried salt in the soil, ruining the earth as punishment for his disobedience. Typically the Tribe avoids this area, regarding it as bad luck.
Southern Scrublands

The tribes home in the winter is farther to the south, where the chill of the cold season does not ravage the earth quite the same. Here there is more vegetation, with dense short trees to block out the cold rush of the winter wind. Plants continue to grow, although slowly here, providing the tribe with the nourishment they need during the long season.
Eastern Plains

Located on the eastern end of their territory, the group spends most of their spring and fall seasons here. Here they harvest the wild grains that ripen in the fall, and raiding the caches of rodents who have buried their stashes in the shallow earth. Often on the menu are small animals, rabbits, and such.

ThunderFoot Territories
The ThunderFoot tribe controls the prairies and grasslands of Elohi, consisting of for major areas- The sparse scrubland of the south, the eastern plains, the northern prairie, and the western wasteland. There is little cover to be found here, and little in the way of food though these hardy people have survived here tirelessly year after year.
